Objective:
This course is designed for captains on ships operating in near coastal/inland waters and other personnel, and its main objective is to provide trainees with necessary knowledge and ability to observe and interpret data information obtained from radar, under the perspective of collision avoidance and the safety of navigation, applying the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs).
