Job description: Higher Technician to carry out duties in the Procurement and Assets Department, namely:
a) Preparation of procurement procedures under the Public Procurement Code, namely preparation of specifications, tender programmes, integration of the jury, analysis of proposals, preparation of preliminary and final reports, contracts, launching and monitoring of the procedure on the electronic public procurement platforms and respective contractual execution;
b) Drawing up and requesting prior opinions and integrating the procurement process with the respective expenditure;
c) Drawing up order forms, once the legal provisions have been verified;
d) Receiving invoices and validating them in accordance with the purchase order and then forwarding them for processing;
e) Ensuring that the inventory of movable and immovable property is kept up to date;
f) Keeping information on any encumbrances, charges or liabilities on ENIDH assets up to date;
g) Instructing the processes for removing assets from ENIDH's public domain;
h) Providing all administrative and technical support to ENIDH's scientific and pedagogical units.
Job description: Higher Technician for the Finance Department - Project Management Area, namely:
a) Identifying national and international funding opportunities;
b) Collaborating in the preparation of applications for research and development projects, or others, with national and/or EU funding and monitoring the results obtained;
c) Monitoring the implementation of projects and verifying the eligibility of expenditure, drawing up technical reports and collaborating in the processing of procurement processes financed by funds from the projects referred to in the previous point;
d) Monitor the financial management of service contracts signed by ENIDH, associated with all European research or development fund projects;
e) Organise and keep up-to-date the financial dossiers of the projects and monitor their execution, in terms of the budget contracted for the respective period of validity;
f) Prepare and submit payment requests for the project(s);
g) Draw up the interim and final financial reports for the project(s) to be submitted to the funding organisation(s);
h) Draw up the financial reports for the management support project(s);
i) Monitoring financial management and following up on financial audits of the project(s);
j) Collaborate as requested for the purposes of finalising accounts and preparing budgets, as far as project management is concerned.
