The President of ENIDH is the highest governing body and external representation of the School, being responsible for its political management (Article 38 of the Statutes - Normative Order No. 40/2008 of 18 August), as well as chairing the Management Board.

Elected by the General Council for a four-year term, Professor Vitor Manuel dos Reis Franco Correia assumed the position of President of ENIDH on September 19, 2022. The election was ratified on September 15, 2022 - Diário da República No. 179/2022.

The President of ENIDH is assisted by two Vice-Presidents: Professor João Carlos Gomes Frade and Professor Mário Jorge Simão de Assunção.
