RESEARCH
The TL 2 – Engineering and Digitalization of the Maritime-Port Sector mission includes innovations in digital transition applied to shipping and the development of intelligent and autonomous technological solutions. Research activities include among others the following areas: marine engineering; algorithms, modeling, and decision support; information systems and cybersecurity; intelligent and autonomous maritime engineering systems; and computational intelligence applied to port operations.
