Job description: Senior Technician to carry out duties in the Procurement and Assets Department, specifically:
a) Drafting procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Code, specifically drafting tender specifications, tender programmes, forming the tender evaluation panel, analysing tenders, drafting preliminary and final reports, contracts, launching and monitoring the procedure on electronic public procurement platforms and the respective contractual execution;
b) Drafting and requesting prior opinions and integrating the procurement process with the respective expenditure;
c) Drafting purchase orders, after verifying the legal provisions;
d) Receiving invoices and validating them in accordance with the purchase order, and subsequently forwarding them for processing;
e) Ensuring the inventory of movable and immovable property is kept up to date;
f) Also keeping up to date information on any encumbrances, charges or liabilities affecting ENIDH's assets;
g) Overseeing the processes for the decommissioning of assets from ENIDH's public domain;
h) Providing all necessary administrative and technical support in this regard to ENIDH's scientific and educational units.

Job description: Higher Technical Officer to perform duties within the Human Resources Department, namely:
a) Process salaries, other allowances and deductions relating to employees, as well as
the supporting accounting documents and payment of deductions withheld, and provide
all subsequent information;
b) Manage, organise and oversee recruitment, selection and staff departure processes,
ensuring the smooth running of competitive selection procedures, and overseeing the drafting and management
of public sector employment contracts, as well as situations involving mobility, leave, termination,
retirement and others;
c) Organise, manage and oversee processes relating to training contracts for internships
and employment contracts;
d) Support the management and organisation of the performance appraisal process (SIADAP) in coordination
with the respective appraisers;
e) Ensure the provision of information and opinions requested, within the scope of human resources,
by the management bodies and other departments of ENIDH;
f) Prepare the Social Report;
g) Provide the information required by law in the field of human resources, namely the Survey on Employment in Public Higher Education (IEESP) and the Survey on National Scientific and Technological Potential (IPCTN), conducted by the Directorate-General for Education and Science Statistics, as well as the Collection of Information on Public Administration Employees (RITAP) and the State Organisation Information System State Organisation (SIOE), of the Directorate-General for Public Administration and Employment, in addition to other surveys, data or information requested;
h) Publish in the Official Gazette all mandatory acts relating to the Human Resources Service.
