On 28 May, students from ENIDH's Master's and Bachelor's degree courses in Marine Machinery Engineering, accompanied by lecturers, visited the Repsol Polímeros Industrial Complex in Sines.
The ENIDH delegation was welcomed and accompanied throughout the visit by Dr Natália Sapage from Repsol Polímeros. The reception was held at Monte Feio, where engineer João André Coelho presented Repsol Polímeros' Sines Industrial Complex, as well as some technological aspects to be developed in the future. There was also a bus tour of the complex with a presentation of the various factories and the ALBA project works. The ENIDH delegation also visited the Petrochemical Terminal, which was presented by Repsol Polímeros Petrochemical Terminal Coordinator Jaime Mendes, an ENIDH graduate, and in the control room by Jean Pierre Bentes.
The coordinating committees of ENIDH's Master's and Bachelor's programmes in Maritime Machinery Engineering would like to thank Repsol Polímeros and its employees for the excellent welcome and support they gave the ENIDH delegation.
