On 20 August 2024, we celebrated 100 years of history. It was on this date in 1924 that Decree-Law 10:084 created the Nautical School, with the mission of training officers for the merchant navy.

Over the course of a century, our institution has evolved, always sailing towards excellence in maritime education and training.

On this historic milestone, we celebrate the past, present and future of the Infante D. Henrique Nautical College, proud of our heritage and looking to the horizon.
