The Cycle of Conversations with the Chief Engineers began on 8 May with former ENIDH students who are at the top of their professional careers: they are Chief Engineers who are returning to their 'School' to share their life experiences and career paths, especially with engineering students who will soon be starting their maritime careers as Practitioners on board seagoing ships.
These are personal and intimate 'conversations' in which the students get a glimpse of a reality that goes beyond the 'borders of the school', in which each leader talks about choosing a profession linked to the sea: the difficulties, challenges, joys, human and working relationships on board, and also how they reconcile this activity with their personal and family life, since it can force them to spend long periods away from their families and friends.
