STCW refresher training for deck and engine officers Escola Superior Náutica Infante D. Henrique

The Refresher Training Course has been specifically designed for Masters and Deck Officers who wish to revalidate their Certificate of Competency, in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Convention.

The aim of this course is to provide an update on the latest international and national developments in maritime safety, security, and pollution prevention, as well as to deliver knowledge on recent amendments to the STCW Convention and Code.

The course fully complies with the requirements of Sections A-VI/1-1, A-VI/1-2, A-VI/2-1, A-VI/2-2, A-VI/3, A-VI/4-2, of the STCW Code.

Upon completion, participants will enhance their technical and regulatory competence, ensuring the maintenance of internationally required standards of proficiency for the performance of their shipboard duties.

Note: If the trainee satisfies the requirements to update the Fast Rescue Boat Driving module, the course fee will be €591 - Training hours: 24 hours

Copy of identity card
Copy of seaman's identity card
Copy of valid medical certificate, in accordance with the model in force for seafarers
Copy of STCW certificates to be updated:

Basic Safety
Fire Fighting Operations Control
First Aid or Medical Care
Survival Craft and Rescue Boat Operation
Fast Rescue Boat Operation (if applicable)
