Objective
This course is intended for crew members who provide direct service to passengers on board passenger ships, ensuring they are properly trained to respond effectively in emergency situations and to maintain passenger safety.
The course fully complies with the requirements of the STCW Convention, Regulation V/2, paragraph 5, and Section A-V/2, paragraph 2 of the STCW Code, as well as the guidelines of IMO Model Course 1.28 – "Crowd Management, Passenger Safety and Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service"
