This course is intended for Masters, Chief Mates, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers, and other personnel designated on the Muster List who are responsible for the safety of passengers in emergency situations on board passenger ships, as required by paragraph 3 of Regulation V/2 of the STCW Convention.
The course fully complies with the requirements of the STCW Convention, Regulation V/2, paragraph 6, and Section A-V/2, paragraph 3 of the STCW Code, as well as the guidelines of IMO Model Course 1.29 – "Proficiency in Crisis Management and Human Behaviour Training Including Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and Hull Integrity Training".
During the course, participants will update their knowledge and skills in managing passenger safety, cargo operations, and hull integrity, ensuring the effective implementation of emergency and operational safety procedures on board passenger ships
