The Higher Professional Technical Course in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (TeSP-RIA) aims to train specialised technicians with in-depth knowledge of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI), with skills applicable to the maritime sector and industry in general, thus responding to the current and future demands of these sectors.
Graduates of the CTESP-RIA have the possibility of continuing their studies in higher education, namely in ENIDH's Engineering degree programmes.
Main activitiesThe CTeSP-RIA aims to train qualified technicians, especially suited to carrying out the following main activities:
- Designing Software and Information Systems based on robotics and artificial intelligence;
- Interpreting, selecting and relating requirements with a view to designing software and information systems based on robotics and artificial intelligence;
- Manage software development methodologies and tools based on machine learning;
- Implement, programme and commission robotics and artificial intelligence systems;
- Design information systems architectures;
- Plan, develop and execute software applications in artificial intelligence;
- Design technical documentation to support the development and use of robotics and artificial intelligence software and systems;
- Control, evaluate and improve software and information systems based on robotics and artificial intelligence;
- Plan and carry out maintenance, optimisation, distribution and updating activities for robotics software and information systems;
- Manage and supervise teams, robotics and artificial intelligence software in an integrated manner.
