Anyone holding a national (Portuguese) secondary education diploma or equivalent, with valid national exams and prerequisites (if applicable) may apply to the degree offered by the ENIDH through the National Contest for Admissions to Higher Education (CNA – Concurso Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Superior). Candidates apply online through the official website of the Directorate General of Higher Education ((DGES - Direção Geral do Ensino Superior).
