Maintenance Organisation and Management provides an integrated understanding of how maintenance works in an industrial unit. This knowledge will make it possible to reduce costs and optimise the production process, so it will be an asset when properly applied. Methods for defining the information flows to be implemented in the organisation and management of maintenance will be evaluated, as will methods for analysing the information reported.
This microcredential aims to present and characterise the fundamentals of maintenance organisation and management. From this perspective, tools are presented that can help make the production process of industrial units more operational and optimised.
The course is organised as a level 5 micro-credential, from the European Qualifications Framework, with 4 ECTS (45 contact hours) and will award a certificate upon passing the assessment activity.
Attendance RegimeThe course will take place face-to-face during the post-work period. It is planned to take place in 11 sessions of 4 hours and 1 hour for assessment (written test).
