Objective:
On This course is designed for deck officers and other personnel qualified with the radar simulator course, and its main objective is to provide trainees with necessary knowledge and ability to operate, analyze and interpret data information obtained from ARPA, under the perspective of collision avoidance and the safety of navigation, applying the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs), as per table A-II/1 and section B-I/2 of STCW Code and the guidelines of the IMO Model Course 1.07.
